This property was perfect for what we needed! We were in LA for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. It seems like the unit was newly constructed or renovated. Everything was perfectly clean - I felt like we were the first renters. Check in was easy and we were able to park two cars on the street each night. The location was on a nice street with easy access to several fast food restaurants close by. We were able to get to and from downtown in 15-20 minutes. Check out requirements were also simple. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood that is still close enough to all the hustle and bustle of Pico-Robertson. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. The instructions for check-in and check-out were simple. It is a spacious, clean, large, and comfortable 3-bedroom home.Highly recommend.

Great location, clean

The property is located in a great neighborhood that’s within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and morning coffee. The home is modern and updated. Bedrooms are located on the second floor with two bathrooms. The living room, dining room and kitchen are downstairs in an open space and another bathroom. The home is clean but does not have a lot of supplies. We stayed 4 days and there were no extra trash bags available, there was only a half roll of cheap paper towels, only half rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and no spices/oils or any other food products to cook with in the kitchen. I suspect that’s because it’s a new listing. The neighboring house on the same property is about 10 feet outside the front door but the neighbors are really nice and courteous. The home is behind two gates and set back from the road so it is secure/safe. Overall, we had a good stay.

Modern backhouse, Luxury at an affordable price!

Modern accommodations, in a great location central to all the main LA attractions, and especially kosher travelers. Our family had a great time for the weekend, 3br allowed the kids to sleep in different rooms and the master br has its own bathroom. Check in and entry is very easy. Host is very responsive and helpful.
