Welcome to this light, bright Santa Monica 3 BR, 2 BA Home with a gorgeous, recently renovated, high ceilinged, brand new open kitchen with dining area and bar. Thoughtful, clean design with modern art. Central air throughout. Large grassy, fenced in backyard with dining area and built in bar and grill. Live the Santa Monica lifestyle - walk, bike or scooter to the beach, Main Street, Ocean Park Blvd, Rose Ave. Dogs and kids welcome! :)
LOCATION: Easy access to Ocean Park Blvd (Thyme Cafe, Ghisallo Pizza, Layla Bagels), Main Street, Abbot Kinney Blvd and Rose Ave. Marine Park is walkable, about 7 blocks away with a playground, large field, tennis courts and basketball courts.
