Great Pre-Cruise Stop

This is a perfect place for a pre-cruise night out of San Pedro. The place has been re-done and upgraded. It's not fancy, but its well thought out and clean. It's just a good, basic, place to spend the night. The front desk people are friendly and easy to work with. It's good value for the price. The only thing we found a bit odd is a charge if you arrive earlier than your check-in time of 3pm. That's not made clear in any of the information, so just be aware and maybe have a conversation in advance of your arrival.

6 of us had a great stay before a cruise. Liked the area- mostly residential. A excellent restaurant- The Lighthouse- within a block. Manager was very friendly & accommodating. Would definitely stay there again. Rooms very up to date-newly renovated.

The property is updated and quite nice! Pros: Clean rooms, quiet area, free parking, large accommodations, close to Cabrillo Beach, aquarium, pier and overlook. We ate at the Lighthouse Cafe located nearby 3 times for breakfast. Cons: Vending machines were out of order. No pool or breakfast which we were aware of before booking. Small bathroom with no counter space. Wished I would have gotten a room with a kitchenette. Overall, it was a perfect spot and we really enjoyed our stay!

The space was nicely updated, and very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Extra pillows, blankets and sheets were available. No special amenities offered, but we weren’t expecting them. Perfect for a quick stay to visit family in the area. Beds were a little hard/bouncy which is the only reason I didn’t give five stars. No air conditioning which usually isn’t an issue in this area but we are from Texas and get a little nervous without it. Slept with good temperature though on a spring night. Would stay again.

Loved it!

really like the hotel my room was clean and very nice took a mini vacation with my kids and the view was great they were clean and staff was very nice parking was good and 5min from the beach and i felt very safe to.. I will definably be staying there again and 100% recommend.

Interesting little motel. 2 very small parking areas. One accessed from the street, one from the alley. The room was spacious. Some things were recently upgraded. The barn style door for the bathroom was a first for me and not ideal as it doesn't lock.

Very clean but still a motel

Very clean and great bathroom. The walls are thin, I couldn’t sleep because the neighbors were talking till 1am. Beds are comfortable, except the sofa bed.
