The hotel staff at the counter needs to learn some customer service from the room cleaning staff . They wouldn’t do anything about the broken coffee machine for days. The hotel cleaning staff was ok care of it in 15 minutes. Below average front service , wouldn’t recommend.

The fridge was not working and they exchanged with a working one right away. The bath tub drain was slow. Otherwise everything was good, nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and close to building.

The beds are so bad you are bettter sleeping on the floor. Everywhere except the room smelled like sewage. Cannot flush if a nearby room has flushed, and the tub does not drain well. The room was clean and frige/ac works atleast

Someone left a sock on the floor between the bed and the wall. There was some hair on the bathroom counter. Otherwise the room feels clean and the bed was comfortable.

I believe they are going through new owners. The lobby isn’t very appealing when you walk in. The pillow case and comforter had stains on them that looked like old blood and I didn’t notice till the morning after I checked in.

Decent service. Room was spacious and the bathroom was okay. TV and Wifi was very unstable and dificult to use. Desk chair was uncomfortable, very small. A false fire alarm went off in the early morning. Safety can be better, but overall an average stay at best.
