Overall, the hotel was nice and met our expectations. The hotel's central location, courteous staff, clean room, and convenient parking made our visit to LA more enjoyable. The interior courtyard pool area was relaxing and provided a nice place to get away from the city. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. Also, we could have gone without the fridge being filled with pay goods preferring it had been left empty for our own stuff. Some features of the room were strange. The wall space where a narrow 2' poolside window had been installed could have easily accommodated a full size 4' sliding glass door. Additionally the full size glass on the bathroom door left little privacy.

Room was great and clean. It did get very noisy at night with the In and Out next door and a lot car noise, noting that we had a room at the back of the hotel. At the time there were issues with the elevator doors not opening every time, although only being two storeys it was easy to use the stairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and room. The happy hour brinks were good and the pool area was gorgeous. Quick walk to the Hollywood Blvd too. Lots of places to eat in the area. Quaint cute little boutique hotel.

The stylish decor of the room was fabulous. The staff was courteous and friendly. The lobby area (with a cafe for drinks and food) was lovely. The only negatives: the shower water temp never not hot, only cold (after running it for a full 5 minutes to see if it warmed up I didn’t want to waste more water) so I was unable to take a shower. At 9am, either the cleaning staff or employees had a very loud conversation in the hallway that woke us up when we were trying to sleep in. Other than those 2 incidents, it was a great experience.

The room was clean and comfortable for the most part, although I found a pair of dirty men's underwear under the bed. Room was a bit small but very conveniently located with plenty of affordable food options within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and gave good suggestions for places to see on our trip.

Location of the hotel was fantastic - less then 5 min walk away from the Hollywood Walk of fame. Parking was charged at $40 per night plus taxes (self-parking). Its also a stone throw away from in-and-out and ihop. However, the room is very small and the carpet was so old and the fabric/fur stained my socks and pants.

I didn't have a balcony. Staff was great. The elevator didn't work and the room appeared bigger online than in person. It was a bit overpriced for the offering, but I had a great stay nonetheless. Finally, parking is not free, it's $40 a night.
