Near running trails on the Arroyo and all the way to the Rose Bowl (6 miles). Walking distance to Downtown South Pasadena Mission Street and the Metro (Gold Line / L Line). 15 minutes from downtown LA; 40 minutes to Manhattan Beach.

Great location and helpful owner!

This rental was in a great location with an incredible view and a helpful owner that responds quickly. The only thing that I must've missed in the description was that this property is not ADA accessible for those that might need it and the beds are very firm for those that like that (we had to sleep on the couches). All in all, great experience with a few quirks specific to our needs.
