Staff could not locate our reservation upon arrival. We provided email proof and our reservation via our expedia app that we used to book the stay 1 month prior. The front desk host was extremely rude during the entire interaction which wasn't appreciated after a long travel day. Due to not finding our reservation they had us rebook our entire reservation which was more expensive. Aside from that the hotel/room sanitation was HORRIBLE! The hotel looks NOTHING like it does in the advertised pictures. We had 5 black spiders hanging off the ceiling of our room and in the corners or the wall areas, red stains on our sheets, overall just a terrible place and room to have to sleep in at all. I was very disappointed in my experience booking this hotel via your app. Please ensure listings are acurately pictured and described as this would avoid a lot of issues for you in the future. Extremely upset with this experience and hope you all do something to make it right as I have been a loyal customer/user of Expedia for decades.

The room was dirty . Hand prints on doors . Stains on couch . Cigarette butts on balcony. And those low flow toilets have to go . Way to low to ground .
