Host was excellent and exceeded all expectations.. there wasn’t any ice facilities initially but host provided ice trays as soon as it was raised.. the instructions initially said to park in front of garage but when I arrived there wasn’t a free spot so host provided an immediate solution of parking on the drive to the side and there was plenty of parking space the rest of the stay. Location is great being a 5/10 min walk from the walk of fame and 10ish min drive from universal studios. Would 10/10 recommend and would be my first choice for accommodation when I return to LA!

Great spot in the Hollywood Hills
My first trip to L.A. could not have been a better experience. This spot is in an ideal location to nearby sightseeing and Linda was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this property for a single or couples stay. Would gladly stay again next time I’m in the area! Thanks for everything!

Perfect spot for visiting the Hollywood bowl
This quaint little cozy studio is nestled in the Hollywood hills and is a short drive to the Hollywood bowl. While we could have walked, I opted to drive as we hit up the town afterwards.

The location was great, the property was clean and just the right size for a brief stay. It’s very private and quiet. Felt like I wasn’t really able to get a response from property owner that often but luckily nothing was an emergency. Would stay again for sure.

Nice place!
Nice cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Small but has everything you need. Host was helpful and communicative. I'd definitely stay here again! 10 min from dodger stadium as advertised but will take an hour or more to get there prior to a large event, plan accordingly!

Perfect getaway
This house is perfect for exploring LA . My boyfriend and I stayed here while vacationing to be closer to downtown . It is only about 5 min from the walk of fame and a perfect spot to travel anywhere. The house is perfect for two people . It is well supplied with towels and small toiletries if you forgot anything. There is a full size fridge , stove and coffee maker . I would recommend this house again

We had a great experience with this property! The location was super convenient, and the space was perfect to relax in after a long day of site seeing. We would recommend this spot to anyone thinking of visiting Hollywood!

This place is the back half of a converted garage. The garage looks like it is need of repairs. The inside of the property was full of large spiderwebs and dust. Standing dust in every ledge. Looked like it had not been dusted in years. The bathroom smelled like mold. There was a used bar of soap in the shower. Half carton of milk and half carton of orange juice in the refrigerator, which also looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was a keurig machine but it was filthy and the coffee cups didn’t fit under the machine. The silverware tray had standing dirt and the coffee cups had cracks in them, which can hide bacteria. There was about a tablespoon of dish soap and a smelly sponge. One kitchen towel, no paper towels. Half eaten bags of chips and breads. Overall, this rental was not properly cared for and not properly advertised, will not stay here again.
