Dont trust the room name titles
I specifically reserved the (roll-in shower) room and was told that they have no such thing. I told the front desk guy that I wanted the difference in price(since it costs more than a normal room, which is what I got) and then was told I would have to speak to the manager in the morning. The roll-in shower room was supposed to have a handheld shower head, a seat in the shower, and I got a normal room that I payed more for
