Stunning Pocket and folding glass doors throughout, allow you to enjoy the spectacular views. This rare flat usable yard includes a BBQ area, pool/spa, and large grassy area with mature landscaping throughout to give it a zen feel. Just a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach with a private path under PCH, across the street from a private equity tennis club with 3 lighted courts (membership included) - This home is the Malibu dream.

-The Tennis Court is only available to Guests staying more than 7 days. Guests will need to submit First and Last Names for all Users and will be charged a one-time Membership Fee of $300.

Beautiful home but.....

This is atruely a spectacular home but was disappointed when the manager called me to tell me that the owner had seen a pet on the property which was completely untrue as none of the three people had a pet. Not sure where he got that but an incident like that just leaves a bad taste.
