Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The room was clean, spacious and there’s lots of outlets. The air conditioner however was rattling loudly all night. And I had originally booked a double queen room and was told only a suite was available with 1 king bed. It was uncomfortable to share among 3 people on the bed, and I felt the attitude of the staff was very unapologetic for the inconvenience. I paid for a specific room, I should have been guaranteed it or accommodated for the inconvenience.

This really nice hotel. Everything nice and clean and order and the stuff really nice and everything else. Around de hotel Downtown, Good Location You Can Walk Anywhere From There.

Super location, very convenient to all of DTLA, great helpful staff. Small comment: hotel restaurant is not tasty. Best to eat out, and lots of options around. Definitely will stay again.

House keeping isn't as top-notched for this class of hotel. Both shampoo and body wash were out, but housekeeping did not notice to replenish. We had to call and waited quite a while for service to bring up new bottles.
