The staff support was poor. Reserved 2 queen bed. She gave us 1 king. They were out of rooms which can happen. But the front desk agent said "they overbooked and it is not my responsibility. I just work here and don't have any liability". The agent is a representative of the company and should care for the success of the employer/hotel. After all, they gave her a job and must be aware of the hard work to build a business with good reputation...

Shuttle to and from LAX was timely and easy to find. Check in was easy and staff friendly. Room was clean and updates. No complaints for an unexpected stay at LAX

Airport shuttle, particularly Erik the driver was the highlight. This will be the last time i stay here...i don't expect much from an airport hotel, but this was less than average. $200 deposit they charge is Las Vegas level; there is nothing you can get for $200 at the hotel to justify that type of deposit. When i checked in at 1130pm; there were 30 people in line. Ended up being a grifter type seminar patrons trying to get their parking validated. This was being completely mismanaged replete with surly and lazy staff. Hotel is showing its age...rooms have been recently renovated.

Yes, the shuttle was great and the driver was lovely. Check in took a while, internet wasn’t working for a whole daywas there and the pool was out of commission
