Overall - for a budget accomodation. It does the job. Unfortunately. We ended up checking out early as it was not for us. When I first checked in - staff was super friendly which is amazing! Big tick. However that was about all I can give positives for. Our room was tidy however the fridge rattled all night. The people above us sounded like a heard of elephants running rampant until 4am. The shower ceiling looked to almost be falling down and the carpark was super tight - if I didn’t have someone guiding me I would not have been able to get out without damaging the rental car.

Good location

Great location to several tourist attractions. It is a little older and you can hear traffic easy through windows. Overall it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

It's your average motel experience. The bed and bathroom areas were clean. There was good lighting and good water pressure. The people were nice and everything functioned well. The facilities overall are old, so you're going to see stained ceilings, peeling paint, walls that need a good wash or paint job. The parking is definitely a tight squeeze - large vehicles or low vehicles proceed with caution, but once you're in it's convenient enough. All in all, It wouldn't be my first choice for the price, just depends on what's comfortable for you.

This was a good stay especially with the areas we wanted to visit in LA. My only issue was the parking. There is a small, tight parking area under the hotel. This was not easy to maneuver for my Nissan Armada. There are a few spots in a small lot down the alley for the hotel too.

Room was great, and excellent location. Parking limited but free!. Save hundreds! Staff were great too, thanks for all, the Grove shops and Farmers Market is just 5 minute walking, no need pay parking to go there. Franklin, stayed 4 days (23-27-2024).
