The room was spotless. Good size room which had 2 double beds. Large bathroom and great shower. The staff were all fantastic and helpful. The restaurant had a good selection of food on the menu and it was very tasteful. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was being renovated so the entrance was from another street past another hotel. The food and beverage situation was very difficult. I had to work with four different people to get a bottle of wine. They had almost no stock. I was encouraged to pick up my own room service, which means it is no longer room service. It was finally delivered warm, not hot. The thermostat was inactive. The only positive was that the room was clean.

I opted for a Hollywood Hills side view, which unfortunately was quite overcast and even at night was not a clear view. I should've just opted for the balcony room overlooking Wilshire Blvd
