I’m typically not picking about rooms and hotels. I just need the small minimums. Bed, TV, bathroom with a shower. Well it had a bed. The tv (or WiFi) went in and out the entire time and had no basic cable to fill the dead space. Tried connecting my phone to the tv, no shot. Ok well at least I had my phone. The shower was fine but the establishment didn’t provide towels. Which I found strange. Had a shower with shampoo and body wash but offered no towels. Maybe I missed that in the reservation. It’s an ok stay if you just plan for a quick stay and moving on. Wouldn’t stay for more than a day 2 max.

Room with no smoke detector, looked like it had been ripped out. Was told it was a non-smoking room and when I opened the door I was met with the immediate odor of cigarettes. The shower looked like it wasn't cleaned in months.

Our nonsmoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, the ice bucket was filthy, dirty and covered with either ash or mold and hair. The walls and ceiling had stains, bathroom shower needs a good cleaning in corners, floors were also unswept/mopped. Two flat sheets per bed as covering, only 2 towels for 4 guests.

The room was not cleaned until the fifth day. The bed was very comfortable except is was too high. It was on a platform. I had to use a chair to get into it and I am 5'7". It was an accessible room so I don't know how they expect the disabled to get into the bed. I use a cane and it was nearly impossible. Also the towels were very small.

Staff is friendly. Room was not ready for 40 min. No bath towels in the room had to request. The main issue was the WiFi signal was weak so could not sign on to WiFi. Took laptop to front desk and WiFi logged in with no issues. Got back to the room , WiFi dropped. Used personal hotspot. Disappointed

Disgusting rooms. Rooms smell horrible, stains on all couches and chairs. Floors were filthy with dirt/mud/ stains, they never clean them, we wore shoes the entire time inside. From hookers standing outside, to the numerous sketchy people showing up to random rooms this place was sketch. The only positive was front desk always smells like butter chicken, & friendly staff.

I can’t speak for all the rooms except the room that I was in. The room that I was in was on the dirty side. The bottom of the shower doors had black filth. There is no place to put your stuff in the shower except the floor. The sheets had stains on them and it appeared that the comforter was not washed. It’s unfortunate because it looks nice on the surface but once you get in the stuff starts popping out at you. Also, there were a lot of shady people coming and going.

Terrible Parking Situation, Suite was absolutely filthy, No toilet paper, Television does not work, many power outlets were out, water leaks onto the floor from the Shower and Jaquize, towels, and sheets are not washed. Very unique cultural smell, and hair everywhere.
