Everything was great. We rented a 3Bd 3Bath penthouse and it was all great except they cheaped out on the beds BIG TIME. It was like sleeping on the ground. Great pool, however they often ran out of towels- daily- there wouldn’t be any towels and they complain if you bring your own and try to take them from you. Outside of these two things , everything was great and I would recommend it!

The place is very nice and centrally located to San Jose Del Cabo. The check in process was horrible. They know that everyone will be checking in around 3 p.m. and they need more staff available to help. Also having a window between you and the staff member makes it very hard to hear them. Also seems like an unnecessary amount of paperwork for guests to sign!!

Wonderfully kept property and beach. You will not be disappointed. Beach chairs and palapa included. Typical overpriced food and drinks at resort, but no different that anywhere else and the food was great. Great dining and shopping options across the street. Safe, quiet and beautiful. Taxis and Ubers inexpensive and easily accessible!

The room booked was “Ocean View” when in fact the room was a view of all pools out to the ocean which was way off in the distance

The 4 of us had the most amazing time! The property is breathtaking, service was terrific and our penthouse was out of this world!!! We all cannot wait to go back!!!

The resort is amazing. The only downside was the food portions at the restaurants are too small for the prices we had to pay.
