had some problems when we first arrived which where swiftly fixed and attended by the hotel Staff, every one was very friendly and kind. definitely we'll be staying in Corazón on our next trip to Cabo

The beds and pillows are incredibly uncomfortable, we’ve had to take painkillers every day, and our vacation has been ruined.

Highly recommend this resort. Food and facilities are excellent. Only complaint is alcoholic drinks are not very strong. Will definitely stay here again

Everyone at Corazon was very friendly and courteous. We were there while the pool was being repaired and the construction work was noisy and annoying. It took a while to learn the elevators to take to get to Aleto, the beach restaurant. Did not care for the sales pitch upon arrival trying to get us to attend a sales pitch the following morning. Maid service was excellent. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall we were very pleased and would be glad to return

I booked a King bed ocean view room with a hot tub, but the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that the main swimming pool was under construction, causing constant noise throughout the day. This made using the ocean view patio unpleasant. We also had to follow up with room service to bring our luggage to the room. Additionally, I requested a kettle from room service, but it never arrived. The hot tub's temperature controls and buttons did not work as advertised. Overall, I was surprised this was labeled as a VIP Access by Expedia as the room wasn’t cheap. I would inquire if main swimming pool is on going before u book the room. Rooftop swimming pool costs extra if you want to use any of the chairs.

We loved our room with an incredible ocean view & private hot tub on our balcony! Linens, mattress, sofa, large TV, bathrobes were all excellent!! We also loved the Beach Club, Rooftop pool, bar & music! We were able to walk to everything (a plus for not wanting to rent a car or take a taxi everywhere. The location was the best!

Worst hotel in Cabo. Don’t waste your time or money here. From check in to check out we had the worst experience with the staffs. The room we booked was not what we got on arrival. They were also not helpful with rectifying the issue. They never answered any questions we had regarding all the extra fees we were charged. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else if you want to have a good time in Cabo.!

Check in time is at 4pm and wasn’t able to check in earlier, due to that as soon as you walk in the sales rep approach you right away Walk you to the bar with two free complimentary drinks. At first we thought they would give us a tour of the pool area ,rooftop and restaurants with in the hotel but few minutes into the conversation she became EXTREMELY pushy to sale you on a VIP tour /timeshare in order receive 3 nights free and discount on spa and dinner. Which is not technically free Cost $110 person cash only which includes breakfast and spa massage plus 2 hour tour If you did get the 3 nights free be aware you will have to attend another 2 hr tour which is a final decision for you to purchase the VIP if you refuse they make you pay the 3 free nights Food options in the bar weren’t great and food wasn’t so good Aleta restaurant looked like a better option but we ended up getting food poisoning Pool music was kept low, pool was always empty,kept seeing the same people which means hotel was mostlikely empty Positive note It’s a Beautiful hotel in center of everything But i would never return or recommend anyone to book here Go Book at riu, or me Cabo

This hotel would have gotten 5 stars from me but the air conditioning didn’t work well in the units we were assigned. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was only the problem with the a/c.

Perfect location!

The location was perfect and the room and views were AMAZING! Definitely my favorite thus far in terms of rooms. The food was a major let down however. We tried 3 different restaurants on-site and wasn't really impressed with anything we ate. Fortunately, we were within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and a Walmart so our in- room kitchen came in handy for sure! The only other downside to our stay was the pressure to attend a presentation. We gave in and attended, and while the lady who gave the presentation was really nice, the "closer" was very rude and got nasty with us once we told them we weren't interested in purchasing a membership. That really soured my experience and put a damper on my day. There was also alot of pressure from people on the beach to buy things or book excursions. You really couldn't walk more than 2 feet without someone trying to sell you something or sign you up for something so that got kind of frustrating because we really were just there for a relaxing vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay, LOVED OUR ROOM, staff was friendly (except for the presentation closer) but we'll probably try a different resort next time we visit Cabo.
