The resort is beautiful. Our room was nice but needed a little attention. Filled out the maintenance form and did not get any service. Housekeeping was not consistent, didn’t show 2 days. Saltwater had pleasant entertainment during dinner and amazing service from Elen! The El Arroyl was disappointing. We experienced bugs while dining outside running from the plants that were being watered and listened to a pressure washer cleaning the pool deck during dinner. The food is good. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, environment you can find it here. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The views were amazing. It’s not a party resort so it was nice and quiet, calm, and relaxing. Marcos had high energy and made the resort events enjoyable.

Service and staff was excellent. Our initial room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but then they moved us into our proper room the next day and they did a great job. It was a beautiful place. Great time.

Wonderful surprise. The rooms are generous, nice ocean views, bed fantastic, variable speed AC, no children and the most delightful breakfast at waters edge. Small boutique hotel well managed and centrally located. Good was excellent. Parking convenient. My new fav place in Los Cabos.

Our only complaint is that the food quality wasn’t amazing and that there are only two restaurants which can get a bit repetitive after 3+ nights.

This boutique hotel used to be the private Residence of a wealthy local! Beautiful grounds.
Amazing tomahawk steak at the Saltwater Restaurant on site Beach side
Romantic dinner set up just for us.

We stayed at the room with the in-room spa. It was a wonderful experience the way we were greeted. Very friendly staff. Our room wasn't ready so they invited us to use our all-inclusive benefits right away while we waited. We had lunch by the beach. It was good but not as fancy as I thought for a Zoetry hotel. Either way, the staff was wonderful all around and made the experience nice. When our room was ready, we were impressed with the view. However, when the night came around, the room had a very funky smell next to the headboard. We requested to be moved. They were so helpful and nice about the move. Very responsive staff. The new room had a better view and we were able to have fun! Our room was cleaned daily and they did a great job. Room service was also included with the all-inclusive but it did take a while. We had a lot of fun. My best memory was the walk-up pool bar. The bartenders were super chill. I did have a bad memory, however. They asked if we wanted a significant discount at the spa massages and we were offered a one hour and thirty minute presentation for find out if we wanted to be part of their membership program. The first person was cool and gave us very valuable information about the program. However, at the end I had to be rude and tell them multiple times I didn't care for it. They didn't seem to want to take no for an answer and feel bad for people who aren't me that can get suckered into that membership if it's not convenient for them. Got the spa!
