This was a great property for looks, location and the food and drinks were all great. However this is a 1 star hotel because the water was shut off for multiple days during my stay and when it did come back on it was only cold water working. I spoke to the manager of this hotel and he laughed in my face and told me I should come back in a different month. Now if you’re ok with disappointing customer service in the event of something going wrong during your stay, by all means this is the place to stay at. Otherwise spend your money elsewhere.

I went for my birthday and had the best time. The property was clean and the staff was nice. There were a few down sides. There was several requests made for my room to be decorated for my birthday that was done. Also, some of the staff memebers had attitudes, specifically the host at the grill restaurant. I don't remember her name, but she had an attitude the entire time we ate.

It was good experience with them but simultaneously we learn lots of things. As we booked this property as all inclusive but when we visited their we asked for pay for premium food and drink. And it was not mention anywhere so we got surprised. Food was good but have to wait long time to get in as waiting time is more. Views is great , staff was good. Friendly, polite

if you want to take Uber you need to walk about 10 minutes to get the entrance. the hotel only allows taxi to come in

This resort was amazing. Absolutely beautiful and the staff was over the top amazing!!! From the front desk to housekeeping to the pool and restaurant staff! They all helped make our stay blissful.

I absolutely loved my time at Grand Fiesta Americana last week! The staff is wonderful and the property was beautiful and very clean. The restaurants were all excellent and the food was great! I definitely plan to stay here again!
