The resort is beautiful, the restaurant options are great, and the amenities were endless. We stayed for a full week with a large group and had a great time. I didn’t rate the resort a five because the service was inconsistent; we had a few inconveniences and staff did not handle the situation appropriately until we pushed for attention. The staff at the coffee shop were rude to me, and the service could be a bit slow at the restaurants. I enjoyed my time here but compared to Hyatt Ziva, we’d return there over this resort next time we visit Cabo.

My first time at a resort and it was relaxing to say the least. The beach is so close and the food options were great. La cevicheria was my favorite! The seafood there was so fresh and flavorful. The staff is also very friendly! Francisco the bartender was such a great vibe! The only downside to the resort is that the pools close at 8pm so we couldn’t have a night swim but aside from that, it was great!

Nice large resort with family friendly setups. The food in the restaurants are better than the other all-inclusive ones we visited before. Staff was very friendly. The only thing is that their golf car service can be slow for pickup.

You can't go wrong with an all inclusive. I loved the restaurants! The friendly staff. The views from my room were breath taking. I will say my sisters had a room there as well and it was wet and sticky. I wish they would have said something. I don't think their A/C was working properly. One of my sisters passport got warped due to the humidity in the room. But other than that everything was exceptional.

Very unpleasant experience with this resort. It was our second resort on this cabo trip. We were there for 3 nights. For sure, it's a very beautiful resort but the amenities and food are bad. Very limited food selections for room service. No menu for kids. Not even chicken strips. It's useless that it's an all inclusive resort when we had to eat out multiple times. The only restaurant that we got interested in was The Sushi. When we went first, we were told that there's 45 minutes wait time so we just decided to go back the next night (our last night). We were there at exactly 5:30pm which is there supposedly opening hour. No one is entering the restaurant. I asked the staff and to my surprised, I was told that they are not opening because there's an event going on. What a joke! We waited since the morning to eat food that our tastebuds will like for nothing! So we ended up eating out again because we couldn't handle all their salty foods. Another warning, don't withdraw cash from their ATM. They will charge you $50 for each transaction. We're not going back to this resort.

Weak drinks and a lack of activities forced us to take some excursions to have some fun. Wait staff and housekeepers were excellent but bartenders were not, even though they were getting tips! Drinks were watered down to cut costs. Food options are interesting with the ice cream shop closing daily at 5:00pm, a Starbucks shop that no one uses due to extra charges, no sandwich options past 5:00pm unless you use room service… the property is dated and showing its age. The pools were is dire need of water as the infinity pools were a foot under filled. Pool and beach chairs are limited so if you are not present before 9:00am, you won’t get a chair. The pool bar is very small and doesn’t open until 11:00am and closes by 6:00pm, so again, options are limited.
