Excellent property overall, with quality and diverse food options, as well as something to do for all age groups. Only issue we had was some noise early mornings as our room was near one of the restaurants in the lobby building. But if in a different room, would stay again.

The resort itself was excellent, the room was clean and the grounds and pools were well maintained. I was most impressed with the quality of food and drinks. Although the service could be slow at times, the food and cocktails were prepared well and restaurant quality. We had the all inclusive package and the only thing I found odd was that we had to sign a “bill” with our name, room number and total after ordering food and drink. I’m not sure if they do this to track how much customers eat and drink. This was the notable difference from other all inclusive resorts that we have been to. It’s also important to note that the beach is technically “closed”, although there were people that went swimming in the ocean, the waves could get a little rough. A life guard stood watch everyday and would not allow smaller children to go into the water for safety reasons. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and definitely would consider going back. I would recommend this resort to others.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean facilities, good food and drink options, safe place, love to come again. One suggestion if they can add more vegetarian food options will be good.

Muy limpio. El personal super amable y amigable. Lo único que fallo es que no tienen comida realmente mexicana, la mayoría de las comidas son Gourmet y elegantes, es no quiere decir que sean malas, pero a mí me apetecía unas flautas o alguna cena mexicana, y la experiencia era Gourmet no 100% mexicana. El lugar es precioso, limpio y con vistas hermosas. Una de las señoritas del espectáculos y entretenimiento fue grosera, me preguntó inglés o español, dije los dos y dice por tu acento no creo que hables inglés… 😂ah bueno! De ahí en adelante, Guadalupe en las albercas, Alberto e Ignacio en Sirenas fueron geniales. La señora de la limpieza cerca de Sirena era lindisima!!! Me voy feliz, espero volver algún día.

Friendly and welcoming staff, helpful in every way. Beautiful resort with amazing views! The restaurants were all over the top in flavor, presentation and choices! Plenty of pools! Loved the adult pool with swim up bar! The rooms were clean as well as the entire property! Everything was well maintained. Will certainly return and will recommend to family and friends!

The entire resort is beautiful and well kept. The bathrooms in the entire resort were always clean, rooms were well maintained and clean, the property was well kept. The pools as hot tubs were well maintained. All the restaurants were good, the staff friendly, helpful and very attentive. The food was very well presented and everything had a wonderful taste! The drinks were excellent as well! The resort is well located, the views are amazing! We enjoyed our stay and will certainly return! Wilder at Serena’s bar was always friendly and made us feel welcomed, he went above and beyond. Fernando the bartender at the main bar near the lobby went above and beyond! We enjoyed everything from our room, with ocean view, the food at all the restaurants, the pools and the friendly welcoming staff. Only thing we could have done without was the timeshare talk. We are all about all inclusive but not timeshares. Beautiful resort we highly recommend it!
