The local tax charged was $212 not the $21.20 clearly stated on hotels.com contract. Apparently they did not inform hotels.com of a new sanitation tax which is about $20 per night per room.

Great views and very close to the Marina and downtown. Definitely recommend the all inclusive. You also get access to two other resorts at Cabo! Family friendly place too

This hotel is a beautiful, Mediterranean style. With a gorgeously painted room, with lots of space, and very clean. The property is well maintained, has beautiful flamingos, very nice clean pool, and the hotel is right on the beach.

Bad experience all around. Pueblo Bonito was terrible. Staff aren’t friendly, takes over 2 hours for room service and they forget items, food is not good (dry chicken you can tell it’s not fresh). They try to get you into buying travel plans and if you decline they are rude. They don’t take no for an answer, 3 people were trying to have us buy plans in which we wasted half a day. The rooms were dirty, and not updated. Out of all the all inclusive resorts our family has stayed in this one is by far the worst unfortunately.
