All your staff members were very friendly and kind The resort and room was very clean as well . The food choice were good except my husband got food poisoning 2 days before our departure . The only other thing we noticed is some staff members would cough into their hands then hand you a drink around the pool areas .

Front counter staff is useless and rude. “Manager” was also rude, extremely useless, and not willing to help. Clothing items were lost in the laundry service provided, management blamed us for losing these items - staff was not willing to help relocate items that were lost in the provided service. Servers, waiters, bartenders were very nice and the resort is beautiful. Unfortunately the lack of care revolving the front desk will be the reason we don’t come back.

The whole Rui resort is spotless clean. I think they clean 24 hours/ day! Food all good and such friendly service. Pool drink servers were always on the go! Entertainment team also did a wonderful job. Enjoyed the evening performances. The view perfect! Thanks to all!

Respectful and courteous staff. I liked the overall ambiance and style of the hotel. Food and entertainment was pretty good. The pool area was nice. The main issues I had were that basically the hotel room had two different outlets that were not working to charge my phone and also the USB outlet in the room was not working for phone charging. So I has to charge my phone in kind of an inconvenient place. Otherwise a pretty good experience.
