Room and property was beautiful. Was disappointed that the ocean was not accessible the entire trip. Also— would have liked to know an ocean view room would be rocked by party music! Enjoyed the food and staff a lot!

The place is huge. You can party or go to the quiter side. Food was really good with lots of choices. Always activities and the entertainment was good. The Riu Partys are definitely something to experience!

Staff were all friendly ~ clean resort ~ a lot to do. Some folks get toooo tipsy and loud in the early morning hours so bring ear plugs and a noise canceling device. No microwave in our room nor double beds like we asked for. Snacks in shop are not good so pack your own. A lot of food at buffets and pools are sparkling and spacious.

Very nice resort. This was our first time staying here. Everywhere was clean and well kept. The food was really good with plenty of options. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and had over 30 friends and family staying at the resort as well. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Cleanliness, but I must say that there should be a reminder posted in every villa to observe silence from 10 pm to 6 am as a lot of guests are already sleeping and some guests are insensitive as they are load and yelling along the hallway . Thanks

I found the pools to be amazing because they were large and there were so much pools. The food was good but I didn’t find it to be amazing. But overall we had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday. Especially since this resort has foam parties everyday it seems, they are definitely big on parties.

The room was very clean and I appreciated being in building 1 where it was quieter, closer to the garden pools and dining rooms. I found the party scene too overwhelming with the loud music and drunk guests. Staff were not as friendly as I renember from my visit with my husband 13 years ago. Waitresses especially were not as friendly or attentive in the dining rooms. I loved that you did not need to book reservations for dining. More attention could be made to keep pool areas clean free from empty glasses and used plates. The sports bar was convenient with the specialty coffees a treat. Staff in there were friendly . The entertainment was good at night but the kids portion could be earlier on. The adult portion starting at 9pm was a little too late. Kudos to David, Emilio, and Huiliaria in the dining room for their exceptional service, friendly disposition, and attention.
