The room was clean and service was impeccable. Staff from the check in time to our last day at the restaurant good not be better. They made sure to attend to all your needs. We didn't need to ask , just look.
The staff works 6 days per week and if you stay long enough, they get to know you and what you like it.
I can't remember all their names and still would like to take them all for the great service. Here are some names to remember ...Bianca, Juan, Javier, Martin, Soledad, and many others at the restaurant whose faces are not forgotten.
You should expect to eat Mexican style good food. The hotel has some specific dinner different night menus such as Asian and so on. Luna's menu changes everyday and reservations are required. You should be able to make reservations at early morning and then back to sleep. 😀
The facility location is perfect. There are restaurants and a supermarket at a walking distance . The supermarked has pharmacy, bakery, coffee shop , bistro, and you can find anything you can think about including a wash machine and motorcycle.
Many different shops at walking distance and downtown is few minutes away by car. We paid Uber between 75 to 85 pesos depending on the time of the day.
If you are looking for luxury try Casa Azul, beautiful hotel with a tag.
I would totally stay here again. We really enjoyed our time.
