Phenomenal service in the Preferred Club (must go with that option). Landscaping meticulously maintained and room was very clean (and maintained daily). Resort is very safe! Resort located in gated community and resort has guard gate that verifies entrance of everyone. This was our second time to this Secrets property and we’ll be back again.

The property was gorgeous. My only issue was the insects in the room and surrounding the semi private pool. I’ve never stayed at a resort where I left with several mosquito bites. In the room there were ants on the bathroom counters and soaking tub.

Need more restaurant options. And the food portions were really small. But they did have excellent room service options. And overall all the food was good.

The resort was nice, good food and good service. Only thing I did not like was the bed and pillows they were very uncomfortable
