We had the BEST time! Secrets is an incredible resort with so many amenities. I’d like to give a few shout outs to some of the staff that made our trip so memorable. Narciso checked on us every single day by the pool to make sure we were being taken care of and were satisfied with our cabana. Charlie (Carlos) our hibachi chef was SO MUCH FUN! We had the best time at dinner and his fun personality made the experience even better! Diana was also absolutely amazing and made sure we had the best time. She also helped us make a reservation to the hibachi restaurant the day after we took our engagement photos and that was so nice! Angel took care of us by the pool and he never let our drinks get empty! He has an amazing personality and is so funny! Overall we had the most amazing time and it’s all thanks to your staff! They are what makes Secrets so special! Five stars, 10 out of 10! We will absolutely be back!

Overall great experience. Brenda helped me plan my engagement, from the dinner reservation, to the surprise photographer, to the room decoration. Very attentive room service, we were checked up on every 3-4 hours to see if we needed anything. You could either call or place your order in the app which makes it convenient. Depending on the order, it usually took 25-50min for an order. It’s not a loud party resort, but still fun. When you get to the lobby/shop area, you do notice more attentiveness to white people than minorities. While waiting for my car, I called a young tall male with slick back hair 3 times and he completely ignored me, even walked past me. That’s one of the only complaints from the whole stay. Room service excellent (food is fine), house keeping excellent, cleanliness at the resort is excellent. If you want to eat somewhere nice outside of the resort, I do recommend Tamarindos, only a couple minutes away. Would book again! Food 4/5 Staff 5/5

Clean room, walkable resort, lots of free activities too, quiet at night. When the sun goes down, there is an indoor option that stayed open to 1am. My favorite staff, Ivan and Fernando. They interacted with the guests through water aerobics and/or different activities offered.

This is our second time this year staying at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos - it's the first time I've ever wanted to return to the same hotel again, so that says a lot! Both visits we had a swimout room - but to be honest, the pool wasn't very busy and we barely used our swimout! We find the food at the restaurants to be very good, especially compared to other Mexican all inclusives we have experienced. It's not an amazing gourmet experience, but there's lot's of selection, it's well done, and we were very pleased with all of our meals (appies, mains, desserts, included). The staff are friendly and courteous, and overall, we really do enjoy this resort and would love to come back again. I've recommended it already to friends and family. The location is easy, a short taxi ride into San Jose del Cabo (a great little town/city!) or places such as Flora Farms as a destination.
