Einstmals sehr schöne Villa mit Mängeln

Die Beschreibung des Gartens entsprach nicht der Realität. Keine Orangenbäume und auch kein Gemüsebeet waren vorhanden. Insgesamt war das Gelände um die Villa stark verwildert. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, d.h. eine Reise mit kleinen Kindern und/oder Haustier erfordert die ständige Beaufsichtigung, da sich auch eine Straße unmittelbar am Grundstück befindet. Insgesamt handelt es sich um eine (einstmals) prachtvolle Villa mit erheblichem Renovierungsstau.

El entorno un poco aislado pero super tranquilo, aunque el Sábado a lo lejos se oía música de algún local cercano... Volveria...

Das Ferienhaus ist ein sehr geschmackvoll gestaltetes Haus- architektonisch sehr gelungen. Alle Zimmer sind hell und freundlich und wunderbar temperiert. Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und in die kücheneinrichtung ist komplett. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt für jede Tageszeit eine passende Sonnen- oder Schattensituation. Von jedem Zimmer hat man eine spektakuläre Aussicht in die Berge. Das morgendliche aufwachen mit solch einem Blick ist atemberaubend.

Traumhaus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen und mit soviel Sorgfalt eingerichteten Haus sehr genossen. Einzig das Internet hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Der LKW Lärm war zeitweise heftig und unüberhörbar, aber wohl zeitlich limitiert, da das Kohlekraftwerk in Carboneras stillgelegt wird. Wenn irgend möglich, werden wir wiederkommen.

La casa está genial, muy fresquita y cómoda. La cocina súper equipada! La única pega que le pondría es que no está vallada por lo que si vas con niños o perros tienes que estar vigilando que no se vayan hacia la carretera que está por detrás... Por lo demás todo perfecto, para repetir!

15 jours de vacances hors saison dans une maison des plus agréables ! la piscine est un délice avec une vue magnifique. La cuisine est ultra fonctionnelle quand on aime cuisiner (ou pas), les chambres sont bcp plus agréables qu'il n'y parait sur les photos. Un rapport qualité prix incontestable ! Le village de Mojacar est le lieu à voir aux alentours (Mojacar plage est plus insipide) Almeria ne mérite vraiment pas le détour! Un grand merci à C. pour sa gentillesse et sa discrétion

La casa es como se aprecia en las fotos.Sobre todo, destaca la tranquilidad y especialmente la privacidad. No necesitamos nada que no tuviera la casa. Pero sí queremos comentar que dentro de la casa hace muchísimo calor, se lo comentamos a la encargada y no resolvió la situación, ni siquiera compró otro ventilador o “pingüino”, pues el que hay es claramente insuficiente, a nuestro modo de ver esto resta confort a la estancia. Esperemos que la Propiedad lo reconsidere.

Excellente vue sur la Sierra de Cabrera

Endroit au calme absolu avec une vue imprenable sur la Sierra de la Cabrera. Excellente endroit pour voyager en couple ou avec une autre couple d’amis. La cuisine superbien équipée, les matelas très confortables. Les mois de chaleur convient juste au personnes qui aiment ca. Moi en tant que qu’espagnole je me suis régalée. Mon copain français il a eu un peu chaud.
