The day before arriving I was notified that if we weren't checked in by 4:00 pm we would forfeit our reservation. Our flight did not arrive in Los Mochis until after 5 pm and I had difficulty notifying the hotel of this late arrival. The phone number to call if we are late should be on this notification.

Instalaciones deplorables

La ubicación es confusa ya que el hotel aun cuenta con otros tres nombres diferentes y si lo buscas en el google maps te manda por la parte posterior del hotel donde no hay nada. En cuanto al cuarto pareciera que están en mantenimiento ya que se observan con trabajos de albañilería y carpintería a medio realizar. El gimnasio está demasiado descuidado, la unidad de enfriamiento no funciona y por ende el olor es pésimo en el mismo, las maquinas les falta mantenimiento ya que algunas no funcionan bien o se batalla para poder utilizarlas. La piscina no existe ya que parece estar en mantenimiento, pero no se observa personal trabajando en ella, por lo cual parece más como una bodega de material para construcción. Por ultimo hay que tener mucho cuidado al momento del cobro ya que no respetan la tarifa y te cobran más, si no lo mencionas pues se cobra con ese excedente.
