First of all, don't bring a car here. They have next to no parking in the tightest car park, yet hundreds of rooms. The view isn't like you'll see in the pictures, the green is all gone, the surrounding areas that were green are brown and dead and wastelandish. only 1 member of staff was genuinely helpful and kind, an older gentleman, 5 stars to him. The rest of the team were rude and snappy and unbelievably unhelpful. They don't give you beds, but army cots. Ignore the silverfish while you stay here, the wildlife was there first... Oh and for some reason, they painted over their beautiful white building, with a greyish magnolia. Some very nice restaurants in the local town and everyone there was sweet and helpful, but you'll never meet them because you should never stay here.

Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays in the room for guests. No signs anywhere not to smoke. No areas in the outside areas for non smokers. Some people smoking in hallways. This is essentially a smoking hotel and is encouraged.. free bus to the city is fine.. but check times. Generally this whole area is not great... very heavy traffic and unless you enjoy just sitting on chair in the sun, not much to do. On a day trip up the mountain by rental car we were robbed. All our documents were taken including passports. Fortunately they took the money and threw the bag in a ditch. We had a "samsung smart tag" in the bag and after 2-3 hours found it with most of the documents left in the bag. Met someone else the same day who was also robbed - damage to their car. researching the internet getting robbed is routine on this island. Be very careful. We changed our flights to leave asap and will never be back.

The hotel is on the less touristy side of the island close to Pierto de la cruz. There is a beautiful walking tour on the coast just under the hotel. The breakfast is quite wholesome but a bit basic. The view from the room is quite spectacular. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The hotel itself is clean but certainly gives you the feeling that it hasn't been refurbished for a while.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and rooms cleaned daily. The beds were not as comfortable as I would like. Our room had a beautiful view, and we never had trouble finding a parking spot.

Well worth a stay, will hopefully return next year

Very enjoyable litttle stay. Easy check-in process, nice gentleman on reception. Hotel grounds and rooms are impeccably kept. Very clean and I think the room was newly painted. We had a mountain facing room, which had sun on the balcony early on. Room had a little kitchenette in it and a good sized bathroom. The hotel is dated, you cannot get away from that but it is well kept and cleaned. There was no entertainment offered, covid was blamed for this and we were told it would start again in January. The pool was being renovated when we were there. I've seen past posts about the hotel and I don't think they're particularly honest. Food was more than sufficient, although I would say they cater for the Spanish / German Market but there was plenty of choice really. There was car parking available on site and up the road if it got too busy. All in all, its a nice little base for a few days in the North of the island and I'll definitely be going back. In fact, I have stayed here a number of years ago and paid for the sea view. The room seemed larger this time, don't know if it was or not or just how your memory goes. Mountain view for me again next time.

Our experience at the hotel Panoramica was not good. When we arrived the wi-fi didn't work for 5 days of stay as there was no internet. Breakfast was always the same option, there were no varieties. The same thing at dinner the employees were not very happy doing the work, they were making a lot of noise with the dishes it was very unpleasant.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean as were the common areas throughout the hotel. Facilities were good, fantastic uninterrupted sea views From the balcony and there was free WiFi. The food was very good value and offered a wide choice of “home style” dishes - only 8 euros for dinner from the self service buffet, including wine. There was also a regular courtesy bus from outside the hotel to Puerto De La Cruz which operated daily. Overall a very satisfactory and pleasant stay.

We stayed here for a weekend as we were going to a wedding. We were only there from late evening on the friday and left early Sunday, we used the hotel just as a base. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean (fixtures and fittings dated but perfectly adequate). We had breakfast included and with a choice of hot and cold food which was great, maybe not the same options as other hotels we have stayed at but it was good and plenty of it. I'm not sire if i would stay here again but purely because i have no real desire to visit Tenerife again. I think if you just wanted a base so you could explore it would be perfect. Great value

Great location in quiet area - hrly shuttle to local beach -(blue flag, black sand, lovely) and town. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Spotless spacious rooms. We preferred room with mountain view as gets sun this time of year. Would definitely stay again.
