Good stop over

A good hotel for a single night stop over, definitely good value for money with breakfast included. The restaurant was very quiet during dinner and service was on the slow side, we'd probably go elsewhere if we were to stay again. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, the curtains cut out the majority of light and the bathroom was clean and tidy too.

Decent hotel for the price

Decent sized room and bed and bathroom was clean. Room carpet let it down with some horrible stains on it and floor boards were creaky throughout the hotel. We have a yearly family get together nearby so location was good and we will likely return next year if prices are competitive. Air conditioning was good in the room and made a big difference.

Had a really nice stay. Weather was on the hot side so nice to have a air con room to cool off. Shame the seating area around the bar and where you eat food was air con as that was a bit uncomfortable to enjoy a relaxing time with a cold pint

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the first night was wonderfully peaceful—I was able to work comfortably from my room and enjoyed a restful evening. However, the second night was quite a contrast. A large group of teenage girls, presumably from a school trip, arrived by coach and turned the corridors into what felt like a school playground. The noise—running, shouting, laughing—created a rather chaotic atmosphere more akin to a lively youth hostel than a hotel. I tolerated it until around 10pm, when I finally contacted reception. To their credit, the staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. They raised the issue with the group's supervisors, and things settled down soon after. I really appreciated their responsiveness. On the plus side, the free parking and reliable Wi-Fi were welcome conveniences.
