Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The check in process was awful - the host never provided the door code so we couldn't get into the property. Had to cancel the reservation and find an alternative lodging at the last minute. The next day the host didn't admit their mistake, didn't apologize and was rude about the whole incident. Terrible experience overall, don't stay at this property.
