Great hotel in great location!

We loved the hotel—great location, friendly staff, and overall a very comfortable stay. The only downside was having to pay an additional $25 to check in just 1.5 hours early. We're used to staying in smaller boutique hotels and have never encountered a fee like this, especially when the hotel was clearly not busy and the room was already ready. It felt unnecessary and a bit impersonal, considering no extra effort was required by staff. Otherwise, a great experience!

Kind of OK with the hotel...

The room was nicely situated and it was quiet from outside noise. BUT the A/C was horribly loud! Sleep did not come easily even with ear plugs. The entry into the room is dark and the light switches are weird. You have one master switch and heck if it didn't take us at least 1/2 hour to figure it out. Would be nice to have directions.
