This hotel was just perfect for Us for a one night stay, but I would of paid to stay here again. Nice rooms and the views are amazing. Plus they are Pet friendly.

We feel very unsafe as there were people loitering around smoking, the lobby doors would not open, and we had to pry them open. They were also homeless people crashed out on the sidewalk entrance to the parking lot and needles everywhere along with garbage.

Great stay!

Stay was great. The young lady at the desk was very patient and helpful when we were dealing with some bank travel issues. The room was comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be we went down for breakfast around 10am and most everything was turned off and packed away. We were told it ran until 10:30 and we didn’t get in until 4am so we slept as long as we could.

The staff was friendly but we had nonstop issues with the rooms. One of our rooms had a cockroach infestation. So we were moved but had to downgrade to double beds. Then one of the new rooms did not have working AC. We called the desk and they maintenance come and reset the unit but that did not help. The room never got below the mid 70s despite the constant fan and curtains being pulled. We opened the door between our rooms to try and cool it a little that way to make it through our last night. Despite all this- zero compensation. Stay elsewhere!!

The first night we had no hot water. The whole hotel had no hot water and was not told at check-in when they knew. Would have definitely stayed somewhere else. Got it back the second day but was really inconvenient with small children. Will not be coming back
