Breakfast was okay, typical for this type of hotel chain. Parking was easy and safe Staff service at checking was very good; the lady at the reception was very attentive. Condition of the hotel was not great. The room we had, E115, was dated and needs refresh. Our timing was not the best as it coincided with the Kentucky derby; we paid over $180 for a hotel that barely deserves 2 stars
