We had a problem with the sink drain. We contacted the front desk in person and explained the problem. 24 hours later it was never fixed. Ordered ice, it was never delivered. I went to the front desk, they said I had to order ice. I told them I had tried that already. The manager went to the bar and got a small bag. It didn't last long. We ordered ice again, it took 30 minutes.

Hotel Bourré Bonne is a beautiful hotel in a prime location in Louisville with amazing onsite dining options. My husband and I splurged by staying 5 nights for our 30th wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop cocktail lounge that had delicious drinks and appetizers along with beautiful city views. We also had excellent service and drinks at the main floor lounge during the day. Our favorite experience at the hotel was the five star steakhouse. The service was top notch, and our fillets were absolutely scrumptious. All of the employees we encountered at the hotel were very kind and polite people. The icing on the cake is that the hotel is located in downtown Louisville in walking distance to many pubs and shops. My husband and I highly recommend Hotel Bourré Bonne; we will be returning in the near future.

This stay is going to make it difficult to stay anywhere else in Louisville. The hotel is gorgeous and the amenities and staff are top notch.

They gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was nice. The room was very nice, very clean, lights in the bedroom did not work. I called the desk they said they would send a tech to fix it. They never came. Not the end of the world. Overall we liked the hotel. The cars on the street were very loud not sure if it’s the windows but very noisy.
