All the staff were extremely friendly, front desk, housekeeping, Starbucks & Bistro. Outstanding! Parking is extremely convenient, with covered area adjacent to garage, to park while you register. Quiet too!

The staff was so helpful. The people in The Bistro and who delivered our food were very accommodating and friendly. The gentlemen at the front desk on Sunday helped us find the football game we wanted to watch on the TV in the lobby and told us how to order pizza to be delivered from the next door pizza place.

After driving 7 hours and getting there at 10pm, the front desk person (on 10-30-25) was not what I’m use to as a Marriott member. Got charged more than the price of the room, for my 12 year-old dog to sleep on the floor for 12 hrs, and that was not disclosed by Expedia. Leaving now, 12 hrs later very disappointed

The hotel is very nice. The room is clean and the staff was nice and helpful. It was a challenge to get into the hotel parking garage. I picked this hotel because it is across from the Yum Center so we could walk to our concert. Over all it was a good stay here.
