We arrived late and was given a room that was flooded and water seeping through the floor tile. I went to ask for another room and was given the one next door. Same problem in that room with water seeping through the floor. It was not as bad and we were tired from a 9hr drive so we just went to bed. During the night all we could hear was the floor upstairs creaking so no sleep. The a/c unit woke us up also when it would go on and off. This happened for two night and finally we just decided to check out early. I booked the room for 3 nights but only could stay 2 and was not given a refund for the third night. This place need a renovation!

The Louisville Nightmare

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We checked in but had to leave. We had to change rooms a few times due to used condoms on the floor, rooms never cleaned, smoke and marijuana smells, and just absolutely disgusting room conditions. We left due to safety issues. The was a prostitute in the parking lot and some people driving circles around the property; they literally went around at least 20 times and were just staring at us. There was a guy shooting heroin while sitting on the back stairs to the second building. I was traveling with a female high schooler and a guy made a comment "I'm going to take care of her tonight", so for safety reasons, we left. ***** was managing the front desk and wasn't pleased with what I reported to her and that we were leaving. The manager refused to refund us our money because of their cancelation policy. We held up our end of the deal but the hotel didn't. I will be contacting the BBB for assistance and Wyndham Hotels. Stay away from this location and save yourself the headache.

I'd rather not stay there again. The maid knocked on the door two times and woke me up to ask me if I needed anything but what she did was opened the door after two knocks because I didn't answer it. I was not happy about that as instead of it being my sister in one bed and me in the other it could have been me and my husband and we could have been having morning sex and she opened the door.. I did not think that was cool at all furthermore the hotel needs several upgrades and Wyndham has enough money to fix that property up properly. I have stayed at other Wyndham properties several times and even a days in property owned by Wyndham and it looked nothing like the one I stayed in in Louisville, Kentucky.

This was the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at, plugged drains, floors were dirty, could see a lot of daylight thru doors, AC wasn't working properly.

The parking lot was rough. It didn't look kept up on the outside but the room was nice except my bathroom door was broken. Kinda noisy from other guests outside and limited breakfast. Not an awful stay but needs some updating.

Could use a facelift sits that's to an airport so you have to hear the Jets once in awhile taking off however for the money it is a good stay with a very comfortable and very clean room I would just suggest updating and giving a few coats of paint looks like it hadn't had a remodel in about 15 years

This property is sloppy, poorly maintained and unsafe. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone, at any price. The room doors do not latch or close completely and appear to be falling off the wall mount/molding, the walls, floors and other surfaces are dirty and peeling, the linens do not smell fresh and have stains, the noise is awful from outside and other rooms, and the staff is untrained and very rude, while often seen outside smoking and making the lobby smell like smoke. The only redeeming quality was that there was Dunkin Donuts & McDonalds nearby for food/coffee/tea.
