It was noisy all night. The room upstairs had kids jumping off furniture or something and made a big thump all the time. Them i got charged $20 more when i checked in. Dont know why? Front desk person didn’t greet us or give us any information. Airport shuttle didn’t start until 7am so staying there didn’t do us any good for the airport. The wall to our room (120) was shared with front desk office. The worker was yelling in there for hours. I even went out and told him I could hear him and he didn’t stop. Couldn’t sleep because of it. Breakfast was to go until 9:30am. We went out at 9:15 and everything had been put away. People were upset. Not a great experience. Don’t recommend.

Room was supposed to be cleaned and clean towels. It was not cleaned on the second day and we had NO clean towels. Went to the front desk and was told they will not have any clean towels for 5 hours. Called front desk in the morning. Still No clean towels. No ones knows why our room was not cleaned. Called and talked to the manager after we got home, he just replied "sorry", but offered nothing for the situation since we booked online.
