Upon arriving, signs were not sufficient for direction as to where to park, unload, etc. I had to fumble around, ask for help in the garage. There were no luggage carts, I couldn't find the front door, found a side door and luckily a nice lady opened the door for me. Inside the hotel - it lacks directional signs as to where to get registered, what part is west hotel, what part is east hotel. Very poor signage.

The entire property was very clean. They provide plenty of public space to visit with friends or find a moment to yourself. The room was perfect, as always. Clean and comfortable with very nice amenities.

The Galt House is fabulous. The only reason it’s not a 5-star is the over use of air freshener. The lobby is breathtaking, not in a good way. The entire hotel has an air freshener smell that is unnecessary.
