Humongous property with amazing views and easy walk to so many attractions and restaurants! Not a veteran traveler but every aspect was user friendly and so many lovely small areas to enjoy. Views from pool area were fabulous as well as from Swizzle in our turning room! Room on 21st floor was spacious and well organized. Ample space in bath for 2 to get ready for the day. Would most definitely recommend this maze of a hotel!

Amazing hotel & perfect views. Massive and swanky in most areas. Easy access to several fabulous restaurants and river walk. Now that the Barbie convention has gone - super quiet! Lots of interesting places in the hotel and covered parking is plentiful. Staff are helpful and plentiful except housekeeping! Ghosts that were hard to track down. Even manager had trouble with telling us if they would show up! Everything else was great!

Great location and easy access to many activities. Parking garage access was easy and allowed in/out privileges for a reasonable price. Hallways and elevators were very hot and not air conditioned. Long wait times for an elevator which intensified having no air. Check in process was very disorganized and check in staff were not helpful. They have two garages and nobody directed us which garage to park but luckily I chose the right one, they informed us upon requesting parking pass that the other garage has been having issues.
