Valentine weekend

Our stay was great! Everything was in good condition and very clean! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Ice machine on our floor was not working, other than that we had no issues. Was not a fan of the bedding. The sheets sounded like plastic. Mattress was comfortable but the bedding felt cheap. This was our second stay here and will not be our last.

We had a medical situation during a show adjacent to the hotel. The staff (Roger) was very helpful in checking us out and holding our bags in a secure location while we were transported and staying at a local hospital.

Excellent place to stay for events being held at the Kentucky Center. Very nice rooms and a nice selection of dining options within the hotel. Very easy walk to the Kentucky Center from the hotel.

Amazing Views of River

Amazing views of River, Restaurants on site as well as nearby. covered walkways to event centers and Parking garage at hotel. King suite had mini kitchenette with mini fridge, but no microwave, which was odd but otherwise great Overall.
