Rooms are modern and nicely laid out. Although I had a long dress and there was no place to hang out because the closet head shelves. My accessible room had high toilets and a shower chair, which was nice. Also automatic lovers for raising and lowering the shades without having to pull a cord. For the most part, the staff was friendly, but they wouldn’t let you congregate in the dining area to socialize and we probably had 10 rooms so that was rather upsetting.

Weekend hours should be longer. Staff should have more than one person replenishing emotion. Night manager should not make assumptions or accusations. Especially when it’s not “quiet hours “ yet. Morning manager is fantastic.

Youre better off somewhere else.

Not what wr expected. The pictures looked really nice but once we got there you can tell that do not take care of the hotel. Stains on the couch in the main lobby. Our room was a suite but was anything but a place that you felt that you wanted to be. Felt worse than a motel 6. The shower head was falling apart. The bed looked acceptable but the room itself felt very depressing. Especially for the price I would expect more. The front desk clerk did try to help so i will give him credit there but the place was a dump in comparison to any other holiday inn I have stayed in.
