There was no hot breakfast. Ovens were broken. Fire alarm went off Sunday at 5:30 due to testing of already broken ovens. Tub drain very slow to drain. Had 2 inches of water in tub after shower.

All and all I would definitely stay there again. It was definitely one of the nicer hotels I've stayed. The staff was very personable. Breakfast was good. My concerns were that the one back door didn't work right. Being fully booked for the weekend and only one elevator was working. The elevator that was working said the inspection expired in April 2025. Other than those few things, we had a great stay and will stay again if we are in that area again.

The room was super clean, beds and pillows were amazing! Bathrooms were clean. Staff were super nice and it was FULL when we stayed, breakfast was great! Lady working the front desk was so kind.

Room could’ve been cleaner. The bathroom floor looked like it needed to be swept and mopped, and the bathtub had mold along the seal. The bed had some random hairs and a couple stains on the sheets. Breakfast was great though and staff was friendly and common areas and other surfaces in the room were clean. Great location with lots of food and shopping close.

Everything we needed!

Stayed for 3 nights for a festival with 3 kids and it was exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable enough that I never noticed pain when I woke up which is shocking. Front desk was easy to deal with and the check in and check out were extremely convenient! Thanks so much!
