I had a very late night due to work and didn’t check in until about 3am. I put the do not disturb sign on my door. At 6am the alarm clock in the room went off (which I obviously did not set). At 8:00 housekeeping started knocking at my door!! Why would housekeeping ever be knocking on a door that early when check out is 11am and especially when I have the do not disturb sign out?

We specifically requested only pet-friendly hotels for our two day trip! This property was NOT per-friendly, which was a problem. The second night of our trip was at a pet-friendly hotel. Expedia needs to insure that a “pet-friendly “ filter is accurate for a property!

It was ok overall. Convient for why i was there. The overnight staff was not willing to do much. Couldn't be bother to get extra towels, have water, cups or coffee out. And did not engage with people staying.
