Very nice property. The hotel staff were all great! The hotel quickly handled a disturbance by a homeless man outside the Porch Kitchen.(open windows) We can recommend the hotel. Unfortunately we can't recommend Downtown Louisville. The downtown is very rundown. We didn't feel safe walking around it.

Closed drapes, but couldn't open in morning. I got a handicap room, didn't request it but i assume check in person saw i had a walking stick and gave me one. Great. It was at the end of hall, as far away from elevators as possible. Why would you put handicap room there.

Great Downtown Hotel

A great downtown hotel within walking distance of everything you need. Valet was perfect. They had my car ready each time I texted them. The beds were comfy clean and the rooms were very spacious.

Everything was phenomenal, from check in to check out. Everything was clean and the customer service was excellent by each staff member I encountered.
