On the last day of my daughter’s stay someone knocked on her door for a “room inspection” and then accused her of “stealing” a lamp from the lobby because apparently it was in that room and then told her to leave now. Why would she steal a lamp? Actually relocate a lamp.

The room was clean - so thank you. The room stunk pretty bad....very musty and odors of pot. The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Handicapp access was wonderful and room layout was comfortable.

There were bugs in the bathroom and cockroaches. The TV remote didn’t work so it was stuck on fox. Don’t expect the Wi-Fi to work because it doesn’t. Don’t expect anyone to help you because there’s almost never anyone at the desk. Avoid this place.

For the money you have to pay i would expect room service wven if I'm staying for 1 week. But NO you are expected to take out your own garage, bring down your towels to exchange dor clean ones and even have ro ask for toilet paper!!! They do absolutely nothing for tou during your stay here. I paid to work!!!! Not a vacation at all.

Room was clean and well maintained except for the dishwasher was out of order. Initially we had a problem with the TV but maintenance quickly responded and fixed the issue as soon as they were notified, it just had a bad cable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room had 2 gallons of roach spray on counter, a pile of damp towels in closet, bottle of disinfectant on tub, hair in toilet, room smelled like old grease all weekend. Key card not keyed correctly, had to go back to desk for new keys. Requested 1st floor, got 3rd floor. Have to bring towels to desk to replace if wanted, hallway with hole under carpet on 3rd floor, and mgr using foul language after we left check in with another individual. Grounds with cig butts and as we walked in each night, smell of "drug" so strong!

Definitely do NOT recommend!!

I have no words....we turned into the parking lot and immediately could smell marijuana. Upon entering the building, the odor was even stronger and throughout the entire building/elevator the odor was consistent. The lady working the front desk was more concerned about taking another bite of her dinner before assisting me to check in. Upon entering our room there was a sticky substance on the counter tops, the trash hadn't been completely emptied, and the bed looked as if it was made in a hurry. If we weren't completely exhausted from our drive, we would've looked to stay somewhere else. Thankful we just had to stay one night and then could get the heck out of there.
