Overall the stay was good. The inside was very nice and just like the pictures. Being realistic the grass in the front yard was very overgrown, and the tenants upstairs were very nice as well. With that being said 3 of the 4 nights of my stay the upstairs tenants were not very respectful of the guests (us) downstairs. They were up all night with loud music and doing laundry at 3am. Made it very difficult for a good night rest. 2 out of the 4 nights I got approximately 2 hours of sleep due to the barriers. The host was very responsive and the downsides were not due to the host. Just want to be transparent to help other travelers. My stay was sunday-wednesday so through the work week and would have loved to be able to rest. Would have given 5 star rating if they could have been a little more respectful of the guests. Also couldn't do any laundry because they had the machines tied up and clothes everywhere.
