The nicest I’ve stayed at, great valet, they helped me to my room, amazing food at the restaurant. I ended up not even leaving the hotel property the entire time I was there because it was so beautiful.!

The lobby and common areas were really nice however, the room the furniture was damaged and outdated. There were several holes in the lampshades. I just did not feel very luxurious for it to be the Omni hotel. I do recommend perhaps trying a different location.

It was a very busy weekend for graduations, prom etc. The hotel was short staff. The restaurants on the property were also short staff so it made for some frustrating waiting and errors. It took about 1/2 hr to get out car that we had valet.

Rooms are looking worn down and unclean. Stains on walls and on headboard Valets are under staffed and took 30 minutes plus to get my car making me miss a meeting I came into town for..
