One of the more expensive downtown hotels that doesn't live up to its price tag. Valet slow. Called ahead. Went down 10 minutes later and they had forgotten to send for car . Room booked through expedia was not given (booked king, given double queen room). No effort by front desk staff to make up for this downgrade. Ordered room service at non peak hours (8pm). Ordered a dessert and was told 30 min delivery time. Was over 45 minute and food was terrible (comically hard, bad tasting brownie). Beautiful hotel that we have stayed at multiple times, but sadly has become complacent and will suffer for it.

The hotel was very nice and had several different dining options. The coffee shop was really good and so was the egg place for breakfast. The rooms were nice for the pricing and the service was excellent. The pool was nice, but it was not very clean. That was probably my biggest complaint. You could literally see a brown ring around the tile in the entire pool. Overall, though my husband and I would return to this hotel and all of the staff were amazing.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very nice. House keeping was not good/ Asked for wash cloths never got them until my last night. Had to ask for more coffee supplies. Charged for dinner I paid for separately. They charged another fee after I checked out, hopefully all this will be rectified.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! Friendly and attentive staff, room was clean, and we loved checking out the speakeasy bar and shops. The only downfall was that the pillows were horribly uncomfortable! Other than that we had a great stay!

The hotel is nice but I booked a king bed room and the front desk gave us a double bed room. The blamed Expedia. They also gave me a hard time for using my Marriott credit card. This is my birthday trip and ive never had any trouble with this Omni hotel. The hotel is very nice but I was quite disappointed.
