Had reserved and paid extra for a king size bed to be told at check in they over booked and sorry about my luck. Bed was broke down and very uncomfortable. Room was hot and stuffy, you have a thermostat but can’t turn on air. They still had the heat on. Very over priced for a night of no sleep.

Wonderful hotel. Fantastic spa. We splurged for the $150 per hour bowling. So fun. The only disappointment was the valet parking. We had planned to self park. When my husband dropped us at the door, the valet asked if we had spa reservations. We did in fact have two. He said valet parking was free then, so we had him valet for us, instead. We got our ticket validated at the spa. When we checked out and got our car, we found out valet is not free as we had been told. So $47 later, we had to pay for the valet even though they offered us the service and represented it as complimentary. They didn’t even discount it for their part in the misunderstanding. The restaurant staff was all wonderful.

This place is beautiful. Rooms were very comfortable. Enough dining and bars to not have to leave this property for a couple days. The speakeasy has a great staff and it’s a stunning ambiance. Abigail was our bartender and makes an amazing cocktails.
