The staff at the hotel were wonderful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was a bit dated and there was a large stain on the side of one of the beds mattress covers. I slept in the other bed so I did not bring it to anyone's attention. The banquet food was not the best, and the carpet in the meeting rooms was very unattractive. My stay was great though, and the in house market was really a nice addition, I only wished the gelato shop stayed open later.

The towels are Extremely rough. If you want to be exfoliated after a shower go here. After one shower all self tanner was wiped off. The pool is apparently open to the public so it is over crowded which made the water have a film of oils and stuff on it. No staff made sure that when people left the towels were picked up from the chairs, so there was not one available chair to sit in, and they were all moved all over the pool area so it made it difficult to even walk around. The inside was nice and clean, but not even one complimentary water was offered and to buy a bottle it was $6.50 each.

The front desk clerk was outstanding! I'm sure I will bungle her name, but I believe it was Mahoutme. I apologize if this spelling is off. She was wonderful. There was no bellhop working on 7/4 when we arrived a bit early at 1 pm, so she brought our luggage up to our room personally. Fantastic service!

I had a great experience at the Omni Hotel in Louisville. The hotel is nice, neat, and very well-maintained. From check-in to check-out, the customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. A special shout-out to the staff working at the pool—they were absolutely fantastic and made our time there even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here for comfort and great service!

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni! My family and I truly enjoyed our time there. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was peaceful and everything felt thoughtfully designed. We appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort of the rooms. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely return. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay!
