Park Place Lodge - Stay Play Celebrate - Sleeps 34

Park Place Lodge is a 10,000 square foot former church in Jeffersonville, Indiana, rebuilt for big groups. Up to 34 people sleep here across 9 bedrooms and a loft, and there's room for everyone to hang out in the same place at the same time, which is usually the hardest part of a group trip. Downtown Jeffersonville is 3 minutes away and downtown Louisville is 5, just across the river.



THE GREAT ROOM

The old sanctuary is now the living room. Tall ceilings, stone columns and a custom indoor pergola, with two leather sectionals that seat 12 and another 12 leather chairs set up in groups of four around their own cocktail tables. A 100" TV and an 85" TV mean the game and the movie don't have to fight over the screen.



THE BAR AND KITCHEN

Pull up a stool at the 14 foot live edge wood bar with two 60" TVs behind it, or start the morning at the full coffee bar. The kitchen has a 12 foot island, 2 full size refrigerators and 3 mini fridges, so feeding 34 people doesn't mean playing fridge Tetris.



WHERE EVERYONE SPREADS OUT

Theater room: 12 reclining seats and an 85" TV.

Poker room: two pro tables seating 14, an 85" TV and its own mini fridge.

Video game room: a big screen ready for whatever console you bring.

Basement: pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, air hockey and a putting green.

Patio: BBQ grill, outdoor dining for 40 and life size yard games.



SLEEPING

9 bedrooms plus an open sleeping loft, 18 beds total. Rooms range from kings to double queens, and every bedroom has its own thermostat, so nobody has to negotiate the temperature. The loft overlooks the great room and has 3 king beds.



BATHROOMS AND ACCESSIBILITY

9 bathrooms, 6 full and 3 half. The lodge has an ADA accessible entrance, bedroom and bathroom, with roll-in showers and grab rails.

Full parking lot on site.



GETTING OUT

Downtown Louisville is 5 minutes away: Whiskey Row distilleries like Evan Williams and Old Forester, the Muhammad Ali Center, the Louisville Slugger Museum and Fourth Street Live. Churchill Downs is a short drive past downtown. Downtown Jeffersonville is 3 minutes away, and that's where the Big Four Bridge walkway starts, so you can walk across the river into Louisville. For a Bourbon Trail day, Jim Beam, Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace and Maker's Mark are all easy day trips.



PLANNING A WEDDING OR EVENT?

The property also has a separate event venue that holds up to 500 guests. If you're thinking about a wedding, rehearsal dinner, reunion or company event, send us a message and we'll get you connected. Sleeping your whole group at the lodge with the event right on the property takes a lot of the logistics off your plate.



GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT THE VENUE

The lodge and the event venue are completely separate and run independently of each other. On some dates the venue hosts events, and event guests may be using the parking lots while you're here. The lodge itself stays private to your group.



THE FINE PRINT

Rental agreement: All guests need to provide contact information and sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. If the agreement isn't signed, we can cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy still applies.



WiFi: The WiFi login asks for an email and phone number. Confirming them is optional. We also use a few guest apps that may ask for contact information before, during or after your stay.



Kentucky Derby: Derby week and Derby weekend reservations are non refundable, whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.



Recording devices: Motion activated devices on the exterior of the property record audio and video and are active during your stay. They only capture views of the exterior and are there for guest safety and security.



No smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the lodge.



Check in: Self check in by keypad is available until 10 PM Eastern. Arriving later? Let us know in writing before 10 PM so we can set up an after hours check in. We may not be available to help with check in between 10 PM and 9 AM Eastern.



Guest count: For insurance and safety, your reservation needs to match the number of people staying. Extra guests may mean a fee or being asked to leave.



Noise: Please keep noise reasonable and respect quiet hours.
