Front desk unprofessional

Front desk was terrible, really slow. They wrote down and gave me the wrong room number so I tried to get into another guests room. They never apologized, blamed it on the third party booking vendor. I paid cash and they never gave me my change. I had to go back and they said they don’t have change, I need to go into the bar and get change. So they were just going to overcharge me for my room. Everything was very old but basically clean.

This property is so run down and filthy. Our room smelt like an ash tray, there were multiple police cars out front handling a guest staying at the hotel, and there were leaks from the ceiling pouring into mop buckets in the lobby. We cancelled our stay and went else where. 0/10.

Very old property. High grass and dandelions growing all over the place. Dirty stairwells. Puddle on floor leaking from the ceiling when you walk in. Room is OK but everything old. Curtains have literal tears in them. This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia.

The lobby is special and opened. With just a little improvement like new carpet a change of the elevator it will be a pretty nice hotel. It has all the potential to look like a luxury hotel.

I found panties in my room from someone else, and then the manager tried arguing with me stating that he personally checked the room the property definitely does not have the upkeep as the picture show downstairs there’s tons of trap hazards by the pool. It’s a very old hotel that’s ran down and cops were there consistently.

Just ok

The breakfast was absolutely ridiculous priced and was horrible. Cost $50 for 4 people. Some parts of the hotel We’re decent but the rest just smelled like weed. The outside doors barely let you in using your key card also.

Property definitely needs an update. Main lobby looks nice but then it gets worse as you get to your room. Room had worn out spots, rust in the shower, and various spots throughout the room that was torn or broken. We didn’t notice until we were leaving but the bed had bugs. Not clean.
