The hotel is not the hotel pictured. They are under construction to become a hilton. Its currently a roadside sleep inn. The lobby was littered with buiding equipment and trash. The mattress where just hanging out near the elevator upstairs. The tv never worked in the room. Staff specifically M.S. was super kind

The place is under construction but one person seen all week actually working one day. The room makeover had cheap shoddy workmanship. The A/C was leaking onto the new rug, we had ants and no one came to the room all week to empty trash or make the bed. We were very careful with trash and emptied everyday ourselves bc of ants

The hotel was under construction in all rooms on the 2nd floor with construction materials all over the 2nd floor hallway. Rooms on 2nd floor were unlocked and work was being done workers to include my hotel room. Furnitures in my room were all at the center of the room. I informed the hotel rep that I will nor stay at this hotel as it was not ready and unsafe. He begin to tried to move furnitures in place and I told him I want a full refund and I will find another hotel. He stated Expedia will have to refund me. I contacted Expedia at the presence of the hotel rep and Expedia rep stated their phone number is disconnect. Expedia also sent an email to the hotel but hotel refuse to respond. Expedia stated the Sleep Inn Hotel has to approve the refund for Expedia to process the refund. The hotel rep did not seem to want to help me in anyway even it was hotel at fault which lead me to believe the hotel was scamming me my prepaid hotel payment. Expedia informed me that they cannot refund me as they still cannot get in touch or have heard back frim Sleep Inn Hotel. I do not recommend this hotel as they will scam you and they surrounding area is not safe. I ended up rebooking with Expedia at Louisville downtown for almost the same price I prepaid for this hotel. I have contacted by bank and they assured me they will get my full refund.

Very quiet hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The included breakfast left a little to be desired but for the price point we really can't complain. Overall a good hotel!

The building was under construction at the time of my visit but the facility was still clean and welcoming. And although it was close to the airport and busy road, the room was quiet and I was not disturbed by outside noise. I'm grateful to be able to have my dog stay with me.

Stay somewhere else!!!!!

Description on booking said newly renovated, property was still being renovated. We checked in at 7pm on a Saturday and the work was still being done, they were cutting granite countertops at that time. It was extremely loud and could be heard down the hallways. Description online stated there was a pool and gym, property did not have either one open or available for use. The room its self was newly renovated. That was ok, but one big thing missing was outlets and USB plugs by the nightstand to plug in cell phones to charge. There was an outlet in the bathroom and an outlet next to one bed, but the items to be charged had to sit on the bed. The other thing I noticed was that the shower door and floor still had water sitting, no one cleaned the shower out after the last stay. The area around this property was very questionable, dirty and it did not feel the safest. The property itself had a warning on the door about no trespassing, indicating that it’s an issue. When checking out there was a person standing in the hallway of the front doors charging their cell phone, so hotel staff didn’t enforce their no trespassing policy.

Nice and quiet. Hotel going through a renovation. I had no desk chair in the room. I had to go to the desk twice to ask for one. There was no telephone and wish it had more lighting. But the hotel was quiet, room was clean and bed was comfortable.
