Find a better place in Louisville

Anything that could go wrong did go wrong on this stay. No hot water in the first room and the second room it took 10 minutes to get warm water. Then the toilet made a noise all night that someone came to fix and never fixed it and it was a joke. The restaurant was very I accommodating on most requests and if the hotel wasn’t so close to the Palace theatre down the street which is an amazing place I’d never stay there again !!

The property was gorgeous. It was a safe area with restaurant's in walking distance and airport shuttle service. My only complaint was that I had to call 3 different days in a row because they did not bring more coffee when they cleaned the room.
