This is a very good spot for a hotel, relatively close to downtown Louisville. Only issue I had, was the water in my bathroom was ridiculously hot for taking a shower (FRI & SAT) - there was no cold water functioning - you couldn't adjust it to a comfortable setting, except on Sunday morning, prior to my check out time. Other than that, everything was fine, and I enjoyed my stay .

The staff and breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Parking was easy and plentiful. Only problem were the other guest. There were children (ages 5 to 14) running around the whole place. Early morning and at night. So it was loud.

Toilet seemed off. Had issues flushing with barely any toilet paper in it. Had to flush multiple times. Seemed like a plumbing issue. Everything else was gold especually the breakfast

Our stay was on 10/31/25. The room was the size of a closet with no room to walk. Breakfast was sit down or nothing, not for a person that wants to grab and go. Major discrepancy on pet fee. I saw in a couple of places $35 pet fee, they actually charge $75! I pointed this discrepancy out to desk clerk she looked at sites as well and saw the same thing! She was going to see if she could get a refund for me. Never heard back. Called the hotel the evening of 11/1/25 explained again and he was not at all cooperative basically telling me my complaint was invalid. Will never stay at another Hilton run hotel!

At check in the clerk demanded a payment for “incidentals” or she couldn’t give me a room key. I asked the clerk what were the incidentals and she had no answer. A clear attempt to rip off the customer.

I had a swarm of ants in the room, got a can of bug spray from the front desk and sprayed the seam between the counter and shelve. They offered me another room, but I stayed put. But then the door to my room wouldn't lock, they spent 45 mins trying to fix it, so I suggested they move my room, which they did (not an upgrade)...whole thing took 1 hour and I missed my appointment. I had the 'do not disturb sign' on my door, yet housekeeping knocked on my door and said, 'housekeeping!'. Over priced. Tiny, tiny, tiny room, 231 sq ft. No microwave in room, and the one they have in the lobby area is almost on the floor - instead of on top of a counter. You have to get on your knees to use it. No coffee maker in room, but they have coffee in the lobby that is either hot or warm depending on the time of day. Minimal shelf & desk space in room, difficult to use a laptop. Internet speed test measured 10.48 Mbps download, 9.94 Mbps upload. Breakfast is basic and ok, but they don't refrigerate the cream cheese as required, which is a health issue. Staff at front desk is reasonable. Location is mixed - on the outskirts of Louisville but there is also a lot of traffic on Blankenbaker. Avoid the highways and take the back roads whenever possible. The deposit for incidentals is only $20. During my stay - plenty of parking, overall felt very
